An interval class designed for individuals to increase their overall power, agility, endurance, and strength. This class will utilize more body weight and functional movement alongside cardiovascular exercises.
A high energy class that combines a variety of dynamic cardiovascular exercises that are performed in circuit format. This will target multiple muscle groups with minimal rest.
A full body workout that utilizes rigorous interval training sequence with high intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
This class is designed to increase physical strength and cardiovascular health through a combination of weight bearing resistance training and cardiovascular exercises. All major muscle groups will be worked alongside core and stretching exercises.
This class is designed to combine boxing techniques with high intensity movements and strength training exercises. The class aims to improve speed, power, strength, coordination, endurance, mobility, and cardiovascular health.
This class is a group boxing class designed to teach you boxing techniques. This class aims to improve your speed, focus, self defense and endurance.
